Tel Aviv (International Desk) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday visited the city of Ramat, where a recent attack left seven Israelis dead.
During his visit, Netanyahu met with families of the victims and vowed that Israel “will not tolerate such attacks.” He indicated that further military action was likely, saying he had instructed the army to take “strong and immediate measures” against Palestinian attackers.
The prime minister claimed the assault was supported by militant groups in Gaza and the West Bank, pledging that Israel would continue its campaign against “terrorists and their collaborators.”
Palestinian factions, however, rejected Netanyahu’s remarks, accusing him of using the incident as a pretext for intensified aggression against the Palestinian people.
