Jerusalem / Gaza,Israel says it will keep up its attacks on the Gaza Strip until Hamas is militarily defeated and Israeli hostages held in Gaza are released.
An Israeli defence minister said Israeli forces are carrying out continuous strikes on Gaza and are forcing residents to move south, adding that the operations will continue “until Hamas is crushed.”
The statements come amid intensified bombing and ground operations in and around Gaza City, which officials and aid groups say have caused massive destruction and large-scale displacement of civilians.
