Reacting to the pact, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal wrote on social media platform X that India was aware of growing ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and had anticipated progress in defense cooperation.
He added that New Delhi remains focused on assessing the potential impact of this agreement and reaffirmed that the Indian government is determined to safeguard its national interests and ensure security.
