LAHORE: Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to ten scholars in various academic disciplines, according to an official announcement.
The scholars awarded PhD degrees include Imran Ghaffar Sulehri, son of Abdul Ghaffar Sulehri, in Information Management; Abdul Khaliq, son of Shafiq Ahmad, in Computer Science; and Alia Hadi Ali, daughter of Mirza Hadi Hassan, in Art and Design (Art History).
Others include Tehseen Mushtaq, daughter of Mushtaq Ahmed, in Special Education; Rakhshanda Batool, daughter of Wilayat Hussain Haidari, in Urdu; and Rubaia Khan, daughter of Muhammad Yousaf Khan, in Information Management.
The remaining scholars are Muhammad Sarwar, son of Ghulam Nabi, in Islamic Studies; Ayesha Sania, daughter of Sayyed Zaigham Zahoor-ul-Hassan, in Biological Sciences (Zoology); Hafiz Muhammad Nawaz, son of Muhammad Malik Shad, in Islamic Studies; and Muhammad Ashraf, son of Sharif Ud Din, in Information Management.
Punjab University officials congratulated the scholars on their academic achievements and wished them success in their future research and professional endeavors.
