Workers’ remittances to Pakistan reached $3.6 billion in December 2025, marking a 16.5 percent year-on-year and 12.6 percent month-on-month increase.
During the first half of the 2025-26 fiscal year, cumulative remittances totaled $19.7 billion, up 10.6 percent from $17.8 billion in the same period last year.
December inflows were primarily sourced from Saudi Arabia ($813.1 million), the United Arab Emirates ($726.1 million), the United Kingdom ($559.7 million), and the United States ($301.7 million).
