The Peshawar High Court has removed two Additional District and Sessions Judges from service over violations of the judicial code of conduct.
According to an official statement, District and Sessions Judge Hafiz Naseem Akbar tendered his resignation voluntarily, which was accepted by the court, while another Additional District and Sessions Judge was dismissed from service following a formal inquiry.
The High Court stated that serious breaches of the code of conduct were established against both judges.
