ISLAMABAD – Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar has disclosed medical details about Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s health condition, specifically regarding his eyesight.
Speaking at an event organized by the Sheikhupura Bar Council, Tarar stated that one of Imran Khan’s eyes has 6/6 vision, which is considered normal, while the other eye has 70 percent vision with glasses.
The Law Minister said that the medical team has expressed complete satisfaction with the ongoing treatment of the PTI founder. He added that opposition leaders and Khan’s personal physicians were given detailed briefings on his health condition.
Addressing the lawyers’ gathering, Tarar emphasized that the government is aware of the bar’s issues and resolving them remains a priority. He stressed that cooperation between the bar and bench is essential for the delivery of justice.
The minister also praised the difficult decisions taken under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, stating that positive results are emerging and the country’s economy is moving in the right direction.
This statement comes amid ongoing political discussions about the PTI founder’s health and treatment while in custody.
