KARACHI — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on Thursday for a one-day visit, where he was received at the airbase by Governor Sindh Nihal Hashmi, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Chief Secretary Sindh, and Inspector General Javed Alam Odho.
Upon arrival, the Prime Minister proceeded directly to the residence of PPP Senator Sherry Rehman to offer condolences and prayers following the passing of her daughter.
PM Shehbaz is also scheduled to visit Governor House to congratulate Governor Nihal Hashmi on his appointment.
