Kakul, Abbottabad (April 18, 2026): A grand Passing Out Parade was conducted today at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, where cadets from the 153rd Long Course, 38th Technical Graduate Course, 72nd Integrated Course, 15th Mujahid Course, and 27th Lady Cadet Course successfully completed their training and were commissioned as officers in the Pakistan Army.
Cadets marched with impressive discipline and enthusiasm despite heavy rainfall. The ceremony also featured the commissioning of international cadets from friendly nations including Iraq, Maldives, Mali, Nepal, Palestine, Qatar, and Sri Lanka.
Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu, NI (M), HJ, Chief of the Air Staff, attended the event as the Chief Guest. He inspected the parade and distributed awards among the outstanding cadets.

The Air Chief congratulated the graduating cadets, including those from friendly countries, and highlighted the professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces. He emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to peace, dialogue, and readiness to respond firmly to any aggression.
This traditional ceremony at the “cradle of leadership” PMA Kakul marks a significant milestone for the young officers as they embark on their military careers.
