In a phone call with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan reaffirmed the Kingdom’s unwavering support for Qatar. The Saudi foreign minister also spoke separately with his Egyptian counterpart, Badr Abdelatty, and Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi. The three diplomats discussed the grave implications of Israel’s aggression, warning that such actions not only endanger Qatar but also pose a serious threat to regional peace and stability. They urged the international community to take responsibility and act to halt Israel’s destabilizing operations.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military officially claimed responsibility for Tuesday’s strike in Doha, stating that 15 fighter jets and several drones took part in the operation.
