US–Pakistan Business Alliance Launched to Boost Bilateral Trade and Investment

LAHORE: The US–Pakistan Business Alliance has been formally launched in Pakistan, marking a significant step toward enhancing trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Pakistan and the United States.
The initiative, led by Chairman Saad Ali Qureshi, aims to establish a dynamic platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders from both countries to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Speaking at the launch ceremony in Lahore, Qureshi emphasized the importance of strengthening economic ties between the two nations. He described the alliance as a key mechanism to bridge gaps between the business communities of Pakistan and the United States.
“The establishment of the US–Pakistan Business Alliance is a major milestone in strengthening commercial relations. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs, promote investment opportunities, and create a collaborative environment for sustainable growth,” he said.
The alliance plans to support cross-border investments, promote startups, and encourage innovation across sectors including technology, manufacturing, trade, and services.
Officials said the platform will also host international business forums, networking events, trade delegations, and policy dialogues aimed at bringing together business leaders, investors, and policymakers. These initiatives are expected to enhance knowledge sharing and strengthen economic partnerships.
Business leaders and stakeholders have welcomed the launch, expressing optimism that the alliance will open new avenues for cooperation and contribute to long-term economic growth. They noted that such initiatives are essential for improving global business connectivity and expanding bilateral trade.
