The Iranian Parliament Speaker said: “It is impossible for other countries’ ships to pass through the sea route while Iran is not allowed.”
He called the US blockade a clumsy and ignorant decision. The Iranian military stated that until the US lifts the blockade on Iranian ports, the Strait of Hormuz will remain under strict control.
