Islamabad ( Report By M.Saleem ): Senior officers of Islamabad Police conducted surprise visits to various security points and directed police personnel to maintain strict vigilance while performing their duties.


Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SP Judicial Protection Unit Iqbal Khan and SP Aiwan-e-Sadr/Parliament House Tahir Mehmood Khan visited multiple security deployment points to review the performance of security duties.
During the visits, the senior officers personally briefed the police personnel on their responsibilities and issued clear instructions to remain highly alert, diligent, and professional while on duty.
They emphasized that all personnel must demonstrate maximum vigilance and a strong sense of responsibility. The officers made it clear that any negligence during security duties will not be tolerated, and every officer must stay fully prepared to respond to any emergency situation immediately.
The visiting officers further directed the personnel to keep a close watch on suspicious activities and to immediately report any unusual situation to the relevant authorities. They also stressed the need for strong coordination and effective communication among all officers and personnel deployed on security duties.
The Public Relations Branch of Islamabad Police reiterated that the protection of citizens’ lives and property, along with maintaining law and order in the federal capital, remains among the top priorities of Islamabad Police.
