Cairo — A high-level meeting of Foreign Ministers of Islamic countries was held in Egypt, bringing together the top diplomats of Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt to discuss avenues for enhanced bilateral and multilateral cooperation across key sectors.
According to the spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting provided a comprehensive platform to review the prevailing regional situation and assess progress on the implementation of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The Foreign Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Islamic solidarity, promoting regional peace and stability, and deepening economic and diplomatic ties among member states. The participants also stressed the need for a coordinated approach to address shared challenges facing the Muslim world.
The meeting is being viewed as a significant step toward consolidating cooperation among key Islamic nations at a time of heightened regional and global uncertainty.
