Karachi (Special Correspondent) – Tehreek Tahaffuz Aain Pakistan has demanded that Article 6 be imposed on those who stole the public mandate. Parties participating in the All Parties Conference emphasized the formation of an impartial Election Commission and the holding of free and fair elections.
Participants in the All Parties Conference criticized the Sindh government, saying that the provincial government has completely failed to provide basic facilities to the people. They stated that the public faces serious difficulties in health, education, and other basic necessities.
In the declaration issued at the conclusion of the conference, opposition parties strongly condemned the forced transfers of judges. Participants said that judicial independence must be ensured and transfers of judges should be made without any external pressure.
Leaders of Tehreek Tahaffuz Aain Pakistan emphasized that all political parties must unite for the restoration of democracy and the supremacy of the constitution. They said that the public mandate should be respected and honored, and strict action should be taken against those who violate constitutional boundaries.
Leaders attending the conference demanded that the government prioritize public issues and take practical steps to strengthen democratic institutions.
