Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has said that Pakistan will go to any extent to defend Saudi Arabia.
Speaking in an interview with Al Arabiya (Arab TV), the DG ISPR said Pakistani forces are present in Saudi Arabia to help safeguard the Haramain Sharifain (the two holy mosques). He stressed that there should be no doubt about this commitment, adding that Pakistan will continue to defend Saudi Arabia against any aggression.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry highlighted the longstanding fraternal ties and strong defense cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, noting that collaboration between the two countries remains exemplary across all sectors, particularly in matters of defense and security.
