The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Abbottabad has announced the Class 12 Annual-I Examination 2026 Result.

The top three positions in the Pre-Medical Group were secured by female students.
Zonash Myghal, daughter of Mohammad Siddique, Roll No. 130414, of Tameer-i-Wattan Public Schools and Colleges, Shehlia Road, Chikriyali, Mansehra, secured first position with 1,152 marks.
The second position was secured by Sanawish Rehman, daughter of Saif Ur Rehman, Roll No. 108646, of Tameer-i-Wattan Public Schools and Colleges, Jinnah Abad, Mandian, Abbottabad, with 1,151 marks.
The third position was also secured by a female student, Hooria Tariq Khan, daughter of Muhammad Tariq, of Tameer-i-Wattan Public Schools and Colleges, Shehlia Road, Chikriyali, Mansehra. She secured 550 marks.
The board also introduced an Online Screen Marking System, under which examiners digitally evaluated answer scripts for English, Chemistry, and Physics for both 11th and 12th grades.
A total of 45,757 candidates appeared in the examinations, of whom 35,818 students passed. The overall pass percentage stood at 79.11 percent.
Furthermore, 5,414 students secured the top A1 grade. Female candidates significantly outperformed their male counterparts in both the regular and private categories.
