ISLAMABAD: The application deadline for jobs in Islamabad Police and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has been extended till 14th September 2026, ARY News reported.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi shared the deadline extension on his X account.
He urged the youth of the country. “Young men and women from across Pakistan, step forward and serve the nation with pride.”
Earlier, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) announced numerous job openings across multiple departments.
The available positions range from sub-inspectors, assistant sub-inspectors, and constables to technical roles, alongside vacancies for administrative clerks and drivers.
Vacant Positions available
• Sub-Inspector (BS-14) — 48 Positions
• Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-09) — 36 Positions
• Constable (BS-05) — 174 Positions
• Technical Assistant (BS-14) — 15 Positions
• Stenotypist (BS-14) — 8 Positions
• Upper Division Clerk UDC (BS-11) — 6 Positions• Constable Driver (BS-05) — 64 Positions
Educational Qualifications
Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, degrees related to Computer/IT, Matric, and other required qualifications have been specified for various positions.
Detailed eligibility varies according to each post.
Age Limit
The age limit for all the above positions is set at 18 to 25 years.
Physical Standards
Prescribed physical standards and a running test will also be required for Constable, Constable Driver, Sub-Inspector, and Assistant Sub-Inspector.
Running Test
Male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, while female candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 10 minutes.

Application Fee
An application fee of 2,000 rupees per post has been set.
Separate applications and fees must be submitted for more than one post.
