ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special facility for Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk region.
In a statement on X, NADRA said its Mobile Registration Team will visit Tabuk to provide identity document services to the Pakistani community.
The facility will be available on September 11 and 12, 2026 (Friday and Saturday), from 8am to 4pm local time.
The team will operate at Al Aziziyah Al Qadeema (Old Aziziyah), King Khalid Road, Tabuk 47912.
Services Available
The services will include:
National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP): first-time application, renewal, modification, cancellation and reprint.
Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
NADRA said the facility aims to bring identity-document services closer to Pakistanis residing in the region.

Meanwhile, NADRA has advised parents to ensure that their children have a new B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) containing their photograph and fingerprints.
In a statement on social media, NADRA said that if a child’s photograph- and fingerprint-based B-Form has not been issued, the required biometric information may not be available in its records.
NADRA advised parents to visit their nearest registration centre if they need to obtain a CNIC for their child for the first time and the required biometric data is not already available in the authority’s records.
However, if the child’s photograph, fingerprints and iris scan are already linked to their CRC/B-Form in NADRA’s records, an application for a first-time CNIC can be submitted through the PakID mobile application on the basis of the B-Form.
