Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) won’t be released on disc as a video game, but you can still get some of its music on physical formats.
Rockstar shared on X and its website that Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is now available to pre-order on CD and vinyl. You can also pre-save it on all major music streaming platforms. The album will be released on November 19, the same day as the game.
There will be three physical versions of the soundtrack:
- Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, Limited Edition vinyl – $124.98
- Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album vinyl – $49.98
- Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album CD – $19.98
According to Rockstar, the album features 34 “original tracks” from various artists, so it only covers a small part of the game’s music, not the full soundtrack. The selection is diverse, with many different artists. Six singles were also released with the pre-order announcement, and the lineup is impressive:
- Yung Lean – “That’s It” (Feat. Future and Metro Boomin)
- Travis Scott – “RHYNO”
- CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., & Etienne de Crécy – “Sexy Magic”
- Morgan Wallen – “Last Thing You Need”
- Rauw Alejandro – “Macacoa 2000”
- Keith Richards – “Bright Lights, Big City”
All the new GTA 6 singles are now available on music platforms. This confirms our earlier theory that the artists’ cryptic Instagram posts were about the GTA 6 soundtrack. Even so, Keith Richards is a surprising addition.
