ISLAMABAD, August 23, 2026: Special Assistant to Prime Minister Huzaifa Rehman has revealed details of the conversation during a meeting between PTI founder Imran Khan and Noreen Niazi at Adiala Jail on August 18.

Speaking on ARY News programme ‘Sawal Yeh Hai’, Huzaifa Rehman said there were bitter past experiences with PTI, due to which security arrangements had to be made.

He said the meeting between Imran Khan and Noreen Niazi was held on the orders of the Supreme Court.

According to Huzaifa Rehman, Imran Khan met his sister wearing former Prime Minister Nike tracksuit and joggers and told her that he had just returned after spending two hours at the gym.

Huzaifa Rehman claimed that during the meeting, Noreen Niazi told Imran Khan that the Supreme Court had ordered his transfer to Shifa International Hospital.

Imran Khan replied that his health was fine and he did not need to be transferred to the hospital, according to the PM aide.

Huzaifa Rehman further claimed that Imran Khan used harsh words regarding Aleema Khan and told Noreen Niazi to stay away from certain matters.

He said Imran Khan told his sister that Sohail Afridi would lead, while Noreen Niazi responded that Sohail Afridi was facing major difficulties.

According to Huzaifa Rehman, Imran Khan said he stood behind Sohail Afridi and that whatever he said should be followed.

He claimed that the issue of Imran Khan’s eye was not mentioned even once during the entire meeting.

Huzaifa Rehman said PTI had claimed that Imran Khan had lost his eyesight, but the issue was not discussed during the meeting.

He said Noreen Niazi could be asked under oath whether he was stating the facts correctly. He added that the details had been shared with him by a PTI figure who had received them from Noreen Niazi.

Huzaifa Rehman said PTI should tell the public that Imran Khan’s health and eyesight were fine.

He said if the court granted Imran Khan bail on medical grounds, the government would shift him to hospital within a minute.

He added that the government’s review petition was pending and it would follow whatever order the Supreme Court issued.

Huzaifa Rehman said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif could not even imagine violating a court order.

He said the legal team had given an opinion to the prime minister, who directed them to proceed according to the law.

According to Huzaifa Rehman, Shehbaz Sharif had never violated a court order during his career.
