Employers and private sector company owners are once again being warned by the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) in Kuwait to the national labor laws forbidding the employment of women in risky, tough, or depraving jobs.

The new directive reinforces existing legal protections to protect the health of women workers in the entire private sector and to bring the working arrangements of enterprises into line with national labour codes.
