The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in Pakistan has announced an online procedure for people who need to obtain a Proof of Life certificate again.
According to NADRA, applicants can complete the verification process through the PakID mobile application if a Proof of Life certificate is required again after one or six months.
Once the verification process is completed, a new Proof of Life certificate will be issued.
The facility is intended to allow applicants to complete the process online without having to visit the relevant office in person.
The certificate will be automatically submitted to the relevant pension-providing institution.
NADRA has advised citizens to use the PakID mobile application for the verification process and contact its helpline 1777 or visit its official website for further assistance.
