Residents of Lahore can now challenge traffic e-challans they believe have been issued incorrectly without visiting a traffic police office.
Lahore Traffic Police said motorists can submit an online review request through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) e-challan portal.
How to challenge an e-challan
Citizens should first visit the official PSCA e-challan portal and enter the required details to find the relevant challan.
After opening the challan, they can review its details and, if they believe it was issued incorrectly, select the “Review” option.
Applicants must then provide the required information and submit their review request online, following the instructions on the portal.
The relevant authorities will examine the complaint and the disputed challan. Once the review process is completed, the applicant will be informed of the decision.
People who face difficulties using the online system can contact the Lahore Traffic Police helpline on 0322-5638888 for assistance.
The online service is intended to make it easier for citizens to dispute incorrect or contested e-challans from home and reduce unnecessary visits to traffic police offices.
