The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued a revised fee structure for a range of identity and registration services.
The fees vary depending on the processing category: normal, urgent, and executive, and are intended to help citizens determine the applicable charges when applying for identity documents.
Child registration and juvenile card fee:
According to NADRA, the normal fee for a Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as Form B, is Rs.50. The urgent category is not available, while the executive fee is set at Rs.500.
For a Juvenile Card, the normal fee is Rs.750, the urgent fee is Rs. 1,500, and the executive fee is Rs.2,500.
National identity cards:
The first-time issuance of a national identity card (NIC) is free under the normal category. The urgent fee is Rs.1,150, while the executive service costs Rs.2,150.
For a Smart National Identity Card, the normal fee is Rs.750, the urgent fee is Rs. 1,500, and the executive fee is Rs.2,500.
NICOP fees:
Fees for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) vary according to geographical zones.
For Zone A, covering countries including the United States, Europe and Australia, the normal fee is $39, the urgent fee is $57, and the executive fee is $75.
For Zone B, which includes the Middle East, Africa, and other Asian countries, the normal fee is $20, the urgent fee is $30, and the executive fee is $40.
Pakistan Origin Card fee
The Pakistan Origin Card (POC) has a normal fee of $150. The urgent service costs $200, while the executive category costs $250.
