India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar completely failed to answer questions asked by ARY News journalist Jahanzaib Ali during an event on the sidelines of the UNGA session here in New York.
During a press interaction, the journalist asked Jaishankar about state violence against Sikhs and supporting the Taliban to carry out terrorism in Pakistan.
He also asked about Indian involvement in acts of terrorism in Pakistan, saying evidence of Indian state terrorism had been presented at the United Nations.
The journalist Jahanzaib then told Jaishankar that, as India’s foreign minister, he should be ashamed of state terrorism.
Video footage of the exchange shows Jaishankar did not respond to the questions and walked away.
