ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has summoned the IG Police Sindh over delay in registration of murder FIR in province.
“There is no concept of punishment in Sindh,” Justice Hashim Kakar while hearing a case remarked. “Sindh Police itself facilitating release of people,” Justice Kakar further said.

The bench ordered the IG Sindh to appear before the court in person in the next hearing.
The court also summoned the Advocate General Sindh and the DIG Sukkur Police.
The bench directed the lawyers for further preparation of the case and adjourned hearing until September 17.
