ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar on Thursday said that the political dialogue could not be based on hollow offers and slogans.
Talking to media, outside Islamabad High Court premises, Barrister Gohar said,” We have lost our government during talks, we were sitting with the talks who asked to quit negotiations. “If the talks collapse in case of a deadlock,” he questioned.
“There were not such conditions to proclaim emergency or impose the governor’s rule,” PTI leader said.
Barrister Gohar said that the party has not been in contact with Sohail Afridi after 11 October, he is facing baseless cases, “We are also failed to contact our MPAs and the Speaker KP Assembly”.
He said the situation has been serious adding that practical steps are required.
