Spanish influencer Inés García Santos recently achieved a milestone in her career when she was awarded her first industry award and despite the fact that Lamine Yamal wasn’t there to congratulate her, she gave all credit to the star footballer for this achievement.
21-year-old social media star was awarded the GEN H! New Generation Lifestyle award at an event organized by the HOLA! Group. García took to Instagram to share her feelings about her first awards win, with posts of herself posing with the award.
Though immediate responses from social media users focused on her boyfriend (FC Barcelona and Spanish international star Lamine Yamal) not being present to share the moment, the 19-year-old was tied up with LaLiga obligations.
Eeven though Yamal couldn’t be there physically, García did remember to acknowledge them both in her speech. In front of HOLA! Group chairman Eduardo Snchez Prez, she casually thanked her partner for believing in her as she accepted this award.
Within minutes of their public tribute, social media lit up with praise for the gesture, underscoring how the young duo remains committed to each other’s career ambitions.
