Islamabad: The Cabinet Committee on State-Owned Enterprises (CCoSOEs) approved the proposed nominations, including the two independent and four ex-officio directors, in accordance with the SOEs Act, 2023, and the SOEs Policy, 2023.
The CCoSOEs considered a summary submitted by the Commerce Division regarding the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of National Insurance Company Limited (NICL).

The Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, presided over the CCoSOEs’ meeting on Saturday at the Finance Division.
Federal Minister for Commerce Mr. Jam Kamal Khan and Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry also attended the meeting.
